Kato Project 3 offers substance abuse outpatient treatment for adolescents and adults of all ages. KP3 was started in 2016 in the response to the need for substance abuse services for adolescents and adults in Minnesota. KP3 is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

We are committed to treating adolescents and adults struggling with substance abuse by providing client-centered outpatient substance abuse services while building trusting relationships through individual counseling. Our team includes three Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors who provide education, skills and support.
