Who We Are

Kato Project 3 is a substance abuse treatment center with three Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed locations in Minnesota.

Kato Project 3 was started in 2016 in response to the need for substance abuse treatment services in Minnesota. KP3 started by working with adolescents in the Village Ranch correctional facility. It soon expanded into services for adolescents and adults in the community. We are committed to treating those struggling with substance abuse problems by providing client-centered outpatient substance abuse services while building trusting relationships through individual counseling. Our team of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors provide education, coping skills and support.
